The Hawa Mahal or the palace of winds resembles a honeycomb, with 953 windows called 'Jharokhas', situated in the walled city of Jaipur popularly known as the pink city is entitled as one amongst the World Heritage Site by UNESCO recently. Located in the heart of jaipur this five storey palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh and it's main purpose was to provide the royal women a view of the everyday life through the windows. The majestic and magnificent aura of this palace has the calibre to not only attract Indians but tourists all around the globe.
