This is a female leopard which I captured in Delhi zoo. belongs to the cat family and is found throughout India. Considered one of the wildcats which is having the capability to survive in the urban region. In these urban areas that have been many interaction betweet leopard and human have caused turmoil between both the species causing death on both the side. earlier devar abundance of found in India but there was a sharp decline in their population during the nineteenth and twentieth century but again the rice continued after imposing of the wildlife act.
